Product Description:
The TPS62813MWRWYR is a high efficiency, low noise, dual-channel, synchronous step-down converter with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. It supports an input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V and can deliver up to 8A of continuous load current with peak load current of 10A. The device includes an output voltage tracking feature, which allows the two output voltages to track each other when one output is adjusted. The TPS62813MWRWYR also includes a power-good indicator, soft-start, and over-temperature protection.
